Payment and Refund Policy
- Payment must be made upon completion of the repair service.
- We offer a full refund if the service is not provided.
- Once a repair has been completed successfully, no refunds will be issued. However, any issues will be resolved again without extra charges.
Guarantee
- We offer a 90-day or, in some cases, a 1-year warranty on our repair services. However, the warranty becomes void if the device has any physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs after our service.
- The warranty period and coverage may vary based on the type of repair performed.
Customer Privacy and Data Protection
- We respect our customers' privacy and take data protection seriously.
- We do not ask for passwords unless necessary for motherboard repairs.
- Customers are advised to back up their data before handing over their devices, as we are not responsible for any data loss during motherboard repairs. For general repairs like battery, screen, charging port, earpiece, back glass, and camera replacements, backing up data is not required, and we ensure data protection.
Liability Limitations
- While we take utmost care in handling your device, we are not responsible for any pre-existing issues, unforeseen complications, or additional damage beyond our control.
- We are not liable for any data loss or software issues while performing liquid damage or motherboard repairs.

Collection and Storage of Devices
